Use the cable protection spring to bind cables at the Arm #3 cable
fixing plate 1.

Number of wire ties: 4

Install the Arm #3 cable fixing plate 1 to the Arm #3.
Hexagon socket head cap bolts: 2-M4

Use a cable bracket (C3B) to fix the cables.
Place the two air tubes at the bottom part of the cables.
Place the silicone tube to the position where it is fixed with a cable
bracket.
Use a cable bracket to fix the silicone tube.
Hexagon socket head cap bolts: 2-M3

Install the control board 2 fixing plate to the Arm #3.
