4 Incoming acceptance and product
identification
4.1 Incoming acceptance
Is the order code on the delivery note (1) identical to the order code on the product
sticker (2)?

Is the measuring device undamaged? 
Do the nameplate data match the ordering information on the delivery note? 
Is a CD-ROM provided with the "Teqwave Viewer" software? 
Is a CD-ROM provided with the Technical Documentation (depends on device version) and documents? 
• If one of the conditions is not satisfied, contact your Hauser Sales Center.
• Depending on the device version, the CD-ROM might not be part of the delivery!
The Technical Documentation is available via the Internet or via the Hauser
Operations App , see the "Product identification" section .
4.2 Product identification
The measuring device can be identified in the following ways:
• Using the nameplate specifications on the transmitter
• Using the order code with a breakdown of the device features on the delivery note
• By entering the serial numbers from the nameplates in W@M Device Viewer
( www.endress.com/deviceviewer ): all the information about the measuring device is
displayed
• By entering the serial numbers from the nameplates into the
Hauser Operations App or by scanning the 2-D matrix code (QR code) on the
measuring device with the Hauser Operations App: all the information about
the measuring device is displayed
