The function is only
available if the
transmitter has a
"system name" (also
known as the
"NetBIOS name").
Otherwise, the
Viewer cannot find
the transmitter in
the network. The
system name is set
by default when the
device is delivered.

Establishing a connection with the transmitter
1. Start the "Teqwave Viewer" operating tool.
2. Under "Teqwave transmitter" → "Change transmitter", enter the IP address or system
name (NetBIOS name) of the transmitter.
 The measured values are displayed on the right of the graph and on the graphic
display.
8.3.4 User interface
Different functions are enabled or disabled in the menus depending on the license
purchased (Teqwave Viewer (basic package) or Teqwave Viewer (with interface for data
download)). Disabled functions are grayed out and cannot be selected. The central element
on the home screen is a graph that displays the selected measured variables over the time
period. To the right of the graph, the user interface also shows all the measured variables,
the sensor status and the IP address of the transmitter.
