Locking of the configuration mode
The Micropilot can be protected in two ways against unauthorised changing of instrument data,
numerical values or factory settings:
"unlock parameter" (0A4):

function group. The lock is shown on the display by the
symbol and can be released again either
via the display or by communication.
Hardware lock:
The instrument is locked by pressing the
O

S

keys at the same time. The lock is shown
on the display by the
symbol and can
only
be unlocked again
via the display by pressing the
O
and
S
and
F
keys at the same time again. It is
not
possible to
unlock the hardware by communication. All parameters can de displayed even if the instrument is
locked.
