Hauser

Configuration of FXA42 as a Modbus TCP client (reading out data from other

systems)

The following examples show how to configure the gateway to read out data using the

Modbus TCP. Please refer to the device documentation for additional information.
Suitable devices are:

• Rapsystems HG1 Plus HART to Modbus gateway (accessory)

• Phoenix Contact GW PL ETH/BASIC-BUS HART Ethernet multiplexer head module

(accessory)

• Datexel DAT8017-I server module, analog to Modbus TCP converter (accessory)
Other devices that can communicate via Modbus TCP can also be connected.

Example with HG1 Plus

1. Open the Settings page .
2. Select the

Modbus client/master

tab.

3. Select

Edit device

and enter the data:


