4.8.13 Liquid level in the collection tank monitoring
A level switch (digital input 23, terminals 94/95) indicates to the controller that the liquid level in the refrigerant
collection tank has fallen below the minimum setpoint. The refrigerant low liquid level has no influence on the
control and regulation functions. An alarm is signalled after expiry of a configurable time (menu 3-4).
The tripping of the level switch has no influence on the control and regulation functions.
4.8.14 Monitoring of the fast unload / External Off
The pack controller can be switched off via digital input 16 “Fast unload/External Off“ (terminals 80/81). The
following occurs when the input is activated:
Fans and compressors are unloaded in quick succession (2 seconds unload time).
The consumer enable of the
associated UA 300 / UA 400 case controllers is revoked unless the low-
pressure is too low.
The fault report
is output.
Comp/cond. unload
The pack controller is shown in grey in the store view of the PC software LDSWin.
4.8.15 Burst disk monitoring
A burst disk can be monitored via the digital input 22 (terminals 92/93) of the controller. An alarm is signalled if
there is no voltage at the input. The message is forwarded according to preselected priority. This digital input
has no influence on the control and regulation functions.
If the heat recovery mode is activated (menu 3-1), the burst disk digital input is used for the activation
of the heat recovery mode and is then no longer available for the monitoring of the burst disk.
4.9 Toggle setpoint
It is possible to set a second
setpoint set of parameters, for example for daytime / night operation,
(alternative)
for the low-pressure regulation. The toggle setpoint can be activated using the internal week timer (parameter "
", menu 4) or using a digital input (terminals 88/89) of the controller. The polarity of the input
Setpoint toggle
signal can be adjusted using the parameter "
", see menu 3-1 (set to "high active" at the factory).
signal setvalue
When toggle setpoint is activated, the following parameters in the controller are toggled:
Temperature setpoints Z1/ Z2
Neutral Zone Z1/Z2
Control constant Z1/Z2
Control times Z1/Z2
Humidity shift Z1/Z2
The toggle setpoint is performed jointly for the two temperature ranges Z1 and Z2.
