The following fields allow you to insert dial numbers and/or text. The Dial Number fields
can include internal station numbers, external numbers or any Coral Feature code number
(and destination number when required) such as Public/Private Library numbers, Group
numbers (Hunt, ACD/UCD, Boss, Pickup). For a full list of Coral Feature Dial numbers see
the Coral DKT/DST User Manual CN7244-7181802.
The number of digits that can be entered in the Dial Number field is limited by the system
and defined system-wide. Entering a longer digit string than is allowed causes the
LENGTH
EXCEEDED
error message to appear on the GKT display.
For external numbers remember to include the outside line access code: trunk number, trunk
group number, dial service, routing access or another public/private library number. For
external numbers you can also add special DTMF dial codes to enhance the dial output. A
table of the special dial codes is given below:
