Ring Adjustment
The GKT ring volume, cadence and pitch can be changed by using the GKT softkeys or during ringing by using the
volume buttons. You can use this to change the ring of two different telephones in the same room.
Also, while the GKT is ringing, the Message Lamp lights in beat with the ring.

Press the volume up or down buttons. The ring level ranges from 0 (min ring) to 15 (max ring).

There are three sound elements that can be adjusted:

Volume (Ring Level): The ring volume ranges from 0 to 15.
•
Ring Cadence: The cadence ranges from 0 to 7.
•
Pitch (Ring Type) The pitch ranges from 0 to 7.

Choose the desired sound element by choosing the related softkey.

Use the variously defined softkeys to choose a higher or lower adjustment. Listen for a tone you like.

Press

to set (or wait for the system to automatically reset ring adjustment).
