other side. The mute feature deactivates the microphone for your
speakerphone and handset. This is a toggle switch, press again to
restore microphone.

Calls can be answered after the attendant leaves or when a central
bell is ringing. Normally, this feature is activated for incoming calls
during the night answering period. There are two ways to do this:
Group Pickup and Directed Pickup.

Group Pickup: Allows you to pick up any central bell that
rings within your pickup group by pressing

Directed Pickup: Allows you to pick up any ringing central
bell in the system by pressing

and then continuing
to dial the number of the ringing bell or choosing it from the
directory.

When hearing a busy tone at another system destination,

to send a call waiting tone to the busy destination.
The destination now knows that another call is waiting. Your side
hears a second (quicker) ringback tone.

OCC is for users with rotary trunks and/or for when your GKT is
defined with Auto Transfer.
This feature enables you to send DTMF tones over a trunk for
applications or services (such as Voice Mail) requiring DTMF tones.

destination. Your GKT is then freed to page all the system members
and announce that there is a call for Mr. Doe on line x.
NOTE
: If the call is not picked up within a predetermined time, it
will automatically return to the originating station from which Page-
Queue was placed.

to enable or block Voice Paging at your GKT
station. This is a toggle switch. Press once to enable and again to
disable (or block).
When this feature is enabled, (the softkey icon appears in inverse
video) you will be able to hear voice pages.
If Page Receiving is turned off, the paging station will see this
message on their keyset:
DNT DIS VP xxxx
where xxxx is the
station name or number.
