The user can use

to change the room status definition
of a station.
There are 16 different Room Status definitions. See your system
administrator for their various definitions.
1.
Press the required Room Status definition. The status name
appears on the top system line.
2.
Press this toggle switch again to deactivate.

Use

either during a conversation or when trying to
reach a busy or unanswered external number. This feature will save
the number.
The saved number can then be redialed by pressing

from idle.
NOTE
: As opposed to Last Number Redial, the saved number will
remain in memory until another number is saved by repeating the
above procedure.

Use

to block another user from employing the BREAK-
IN feature on your GKT extension. All Call-Waiting and Break-In
feature tones are blocked. The users employing these features receive
a reorder tone.
This is a toggle switch. Press again to deactivate.
NOTE:
Only a station that has Security override privilege can break
into your secured phone.

Use this feature to mark a call before transferring it to a third party.
This will cause the call to return to you after the third party hangs up.
This feature can only be used during conversation.
1.
During conversation, press

to mark the call.
2.
Transfer the call when you are ready.

This feature enables an authorized user to monitor any port, station,
trunk, etc. (except conference) in any state, without audio or visual
warning to the monitored party.
This feature can be activated from an idle station or when hearing the
busy or no answer tone.
To Activate from an Idle Station:

Choose station number from the Directory list or dial a number.
NOTE
: Monitoring Volume can be adjusted by pressing the Volume
Up/Down buttons.

the GKT. When this feature is turned on, pressing SPKR is similar to
lifting or replacing the handset.
