Use this feature to announce a message over your system’s Public
Address (PA) speakers.
1. Press
PAGE XXXX
DSS key or dial PA access code.
2. Announce your message.
3. Press
SPKR
or hang up to release.

Use this feature to put a call on hold at your station so that it can be
picked-up at another station.
To Pick-Up Parked Call:
1. Press

at the second station.
2. Dial your station number (i.e. number where the call was
parked) or choose number from the Directory.

Define or change the passcode needed to operate certain Coral
features such as Phone Lock, Executive Privilege and COS
Switchover.
You can define the 4-digit passcode for your GKT only at your own
GKT. Save your passcode in a safe place.
To Enter for the first time:
1. Press

2. Enter any 4-digit number from the keypad.
3. Re-enter the number to confirm.
4. Hear confirmation tone.
To Change Passcode:
1. Press

2. Enter the old 4-digit passcode number from the keypad.
3. Enter the new 4 digit passcode number from the keypad
4. Re-enter the number to confirm.
5. Hear confirmation tone.

Use this feature to prevent unauthorized persons from using your
phone line. Incoming calls may still be answered.
To Lock/Unlock Your Telephone:
1. Press the
L O C K
hard key or

2. Dial your Passcode number.
3. Hear confirmation tone.

Use this feature to pickup any ringing station in your system.
1. Press

2. Choose the ringing station number from the Directory or dial a
number.
3. Answer the call.
