Use this feature to transfer an existing call to any other internal or
external number.

During call, press

Choose third party destination number from the Directory or
dial a number.

Choose one of the following:

•

Wait for an answer to announce the call and disconnect.

•

Disconnect to automatically transfer the call.

If the 3rd party is busy or not answered, the call will return to you
with a relevant message. Press

to pickup the returning

call.

To Transfer a Held Call:

Use transfer of a held call to connect an incoming call to the held
party, such as when you have to locate someone for a caller.

While party is being held, choose destination number from
Directory or dial a number.

Press

Press the winking DSS key associated with the held call.

Disconnect to transfer the call.

During a call you can use this feature to add another party to the call,
creating a 3-Way Conference call.

During call, press

Choose third party destination number from the Directory or
dial a number.

Wait for the third party to answer.

Press

definition is defined as ALL, then you must press

again to establish the 3-Way call.
