Chapter 3 Advanced Operation

Touch the

key.

The [Stacker Roller] screen is displayed.

Using the [+]/[-] keys, adjust the position of the stacker roller.

• The smaller the value becomes, the more the position of the stacker roller moves to the internal

side of the machine. The higher the value, the more it moves to the outer side of the machine.

• [0] is used when a paper jam occurs during cross folding. When value is set to [0], the processing

speed becomes slow.

Touch the

key.

Paper for test folding is not counted as the number of processed sheets.

Touch the

key.

Return to the [Fold Position] screen.

Touch the

key.

Return to the [Ready] screen.

When the paper size or folding mode is changed, the changed value is cleared.
When the paper size is changed by automatic paper size detection, the value is not cleared. (DF-999/DF-

999A)

7. Stacking the Folded Paper

The angle of the paper receiving tray of this machine can be changed. If the angle is changed, the folded

paper can be stacked in the following two ways according to the purpose.

Straight stacking

Diagonally stacking

If you use the paper support guide when diagonally stacking paper satisfying the following conditions,

the paper will be ejected and stacked neatly.

• Paper size: A4/LT
• Thickness of paper: Fine quality paper 64 g/m

/55.35 lbs

• Folding mode: Letter fold, Accordion fold
