5.- FAULTS INDICATION
The device is constantly controlling the state of temperature and level transductors in order to
avoid faults during operation due to the wear of the same.
Furthermore, the use of safety timers (WDT), which set a time limit to the water load, discharge
and heating phases, avoids possible faults caused by a lack when it comes to filling or emptying
the tub or failure to reach the temperature level.
If a fault occurs the acoustic signal is activate (if fitted) and one of the following messages is
displayed:
LEVEL
FAULT
it indicates a fault in the level transductor.
This message makes the machine stop.
It is possible to inhibit the acoustic signal by pressing the RESET key.
TEMPERATURE
FAULT
it indicates a fault in the temperature transductor.
In this case the machine can start or continue the washing process but skipping the heating phase.
A cold washing process is indicated when the LED of the front panel (signal 1) lights on. This
LED will only light off at the beginning of a new programme (START). If you want to override
the process press RESET.
WDT
TEMPERATURE
EXPIRED
it indicates that the input temperature has not been reached within the schedules time in the WDT.
The most likely cause is a partial or total interruption of the heating elements. This warning can
also be produced by a very short WDT time in combination with a very low water inlet.
If you want you can continue with the process by pressing START.
WDT LEVEL EXPIRED
It indicates that the preselected level within the time required by the WDT has not been reached.
