NOTE:
COOLING PHASE
This option is included in the programming steps. Before completing the draining process a
cooling step can be carried out.
There are 5 parameters to be programmed: MINIMUM LEVEL, MAXIMUM LEVEL,
TEMPERATURE, WDT and MOTOR.
The operation is as follows:
a.-
Water discharges to the minimum level
b.-
Water is loaded to the maximum level and temperature is displayed.
c.-
Water load and discharge continues until reaching the required temperature, then the next
step comes.
During all the phase the safety timer (WDT) is activated indicating if cooling time is longer than
the time set in the WDT. The programmed engine is activated during all the phase.
COOLING:
It is activated with ENTER, five parameters are required: MINIMUM LEVEL
(cm), MAXIMUM LEVEL (cm), TEMPERATURE (°C), WDT (TIME) and
MOTOR.
BALANCED LOAD PHASE
Option included within step programming.
It is possible to load water, monitor temperature and level. There are 4 parameters to be
programmed: LEVEL, TEMPERATURE, WDT and MOTOR.
The procedure is as follows:
Hot or cold water is supplied according to the temperature measured in the tank, which is
compared with the preselected one (hot water if it is lower and cold water if it is higher) until the
programmed water level is reached, then the next step comes.
During this phase, the WDT is active which will an error if the balanced load time is longer than
the preselected one in WDT. During this phase the number of the programmed engine is disabled.
COMPENSATED LOAD: It is activated with ENTER, there are 4 parameters to be programmed:
LEVEL (cm), TEMPERATURE (°C), WDT (time) and MOTOR.
HEATING
During step programming, when heating is activated, the required value for temperature is asked.
In the steps where the step end is caused by temperature, this value must be equal or higher than
the value that has caused the step end. For example if a temperature adjustment of 50 °C is set to
70 °C as step end, 70 °C won't never be reached since when reaching 50 °C temperature will start
to be adjusted.
Anyway, when the cause for step end is not a temperature, but a time or level, the values to
preselect will be from 30 °C to 93 °C.
Temperature can be adjusted in any step of a cycle, independently from the cause of step end.
HEATING: When activated, after pressing ENTER, you will be asked to enter the adjustment
temperature in degrees ºC, which must be always higher or equal than the value that
has caused the step end, (if temperature has been the reason for the step end).
