Resetting the Learning
Record
<Clear learned>
The learning record contains character strings
that were entered in the past and
automatically stored as candidates for
character conversion. This procedure resets
the learning record to its default status at the
time of purchase.

learned records stored for T9 input,
“Prediction”, “Pictographs” and “Symbols”.

mark screen.
Using Download Dictionaries
<DL dictionary>
You can set the dictionaries downloaded from
i-mode sites, etc. for use in conversion.

The FOMA terminal can store up to 5
download dictionaries. (The maximum size
of a dictionary you can download is 20K
bytes.)

The dictionary is activated when downloaded.

When you activate the download dictionary of
face symbols, face marks of the dictionary are
added to the screen displayed when “Face
marks” is selected from the function menu,
then displayed in the list of maximum of 600
(including the pre-installed 100) face marks.

When you download 2 face marks dictionaries
and activate both of them, the face marks of
the first activated download dictionary are
displayed in the list.
