Operating environment

Refer to the following PC environments to operate

communication configuration files/FOMA PC

configuration software.

•

Installation may not be operated depending on the
settings of your PC environment.

INFORMATION

Connecting PC to FOMA terminal

Connects PC to FOMA terminal.

•

FOMA USB connection cable (optional) is required
to connect.

Uncap the external connection terminal of

FOMA terminal and insert an end of FOMA

USB connection cable into the external

connection terminal.

Insert the other end of FOMA USB

connection cable into the PC USB

connector.

•

Wizard screen is displayed when connecting to

PC before installing the communication

configuration files. In that case, remove FOMA

terminal and click "Cancel".

•

When PC and FOMA terminal are connected in

Communication mode,

appears on the

screen of FOMA terminal.

Removing FOMA USB connection cable

Pull FOMA terminal out with pressing the
release buttons of FOMA USB connection
cable.

Pull the FOMA USB connection cable out of
PC.

and reinstall the communication configuration files.

communication or accessing FOMA terminals with the

hands free devices, set to "Communication mode" in

USB mode.
