Operating Infrared communication

•

Make receiving FOMA terminal ready to receive.

•

Place two infrared data ports in face to face and make distance/angle between two ports within
approximately. 20 cm/30 degrees. Keep the FOMA terminal pointing at the infrared data port and do not
move FOMA terminal until all the data has been sent or received.

•

Communicating screen is displayed during Infrared communication and the icon blinks. Do not put things
between the FOMA terminals or do not move terminals until the sending/receiving is finished.

•

When sending/receiving bookmark, setting of folder sorting is not transferred.

Send Infrared data

Sending data with Infrared communication

Can send Data, such as phonebook entries and profile etc., to other FOMA terminals or

mobile phones with Infrared communication function. In Infrared communication, selected

data can be sent one-by-one or all files can be sorted by data type to send.

•

Send data with the other party ready to receive.

•

Link information is deleted if a sending mail has the link information starting i-

g

ppli.

Sending single data item

Select the data to send with Infrared communication from any function and start Infrared communication
from Function menu to send.
