Receive infrared data
Receiving data with Infrared communication
You can receive Data, such as phonebook and message etc., from other FOMA terminals or
mobile phones equipped with Infrared communication function. In receiving with Infrared
communication, data can be received with selecting each item or with sorting with specified
data type.

Send one data item from sender.

Message is displayed to check whether to continue connection, in case the connection to the other
party's terminal is failed. Confirm the position of Infrared data port and press

After receiving is finished, press

Cannot save if exceeding the number of items and data capacity.

"No", and the data is not saved.
INFORMATION
Receiving all data items
All data for each function, such as Phonebook or Schedule etc., can be transferred with Infrared
communication.
•
When receiving all of the items, the same authentication password (4 digits number) is required to be
entered by the sender and receiver. Obtain same Authentication password in advance. (Not required to
be set in FOMA terminal.)

When overwriting the data, a message appears to check whether to delete saved data.
