Selecting scene to shoot <Scene select>
When shooting still image from the distance of approximately 10 cm to the object or shooting the
moving object, you can select the suitable settings according to the situations.
•
"Close-up" cannot be selected with In-camera. When switching to In-camera in setting "Close-up",
Setting is changed into "Standard".
•
"Night scene" cannot be selected in case of Continuous mode. When switching to Continuous
mode in setting "night scene", setting is changed into "Standard".

INFORMATION
Attach i-mode msg
: Recording stops when the file size becomes approximately 290 Kbytes.
Atch large vol.msg
: Recording stops when the file size becomes approximately 490 Kbytes.
Unrestricted
: Up to 8 Mbytes of the recorded movie can be saved in FOMA terminal.
Up to approximately 40 Mbytes can be recorded and saved in miniSD
memory card. Movie file size that can be saved varies depending on the
free space of saving destination.
•
"Unrestricted" cannot be set when free space in the saving destination is less than 390 Kbytes.
•
Movie (Sound) is saved automatically after ending recording with setting "Unrestricted".

Standard
: Normal shooting
Portrait
: Emphasizes the skin color and focuses on the person with background
unfocused.
Landscape
: Shoots with the outlines emphasized.
Night scene
: Shoots subjects adjusting with the night lighting or illumination.
Close-up
: Shoots subject in distance approx. 10 cm.
Sports
: Shortens shutter speed and shoots quick-moving subject.
•
Flash cannot be used with "Night scene" setting.
•
White balance is set to "Auto" with "Night scene" setting.
