INFORMATION
Unblocking PIN/PIN2 code
FOMA terminal automatically block PIN code if wrong PIN/PIN2 codes are entered 3 times
consecutively. When PIN code is blocked, unblock the PIN code and enter a new PIN code.
•
Note that, if the PUK has been forgotten or PIN code has been fully locked, the UIM (FOMA card) being
used and the document for identifying the subscriber (such as the driver’s license) need to be brought
to DoCoMo sales office.

when "Enter PUK"
is displayed.

Enter the same PIN (or PIN2) code as the code entered in Step 2 again and

The PIN code is unblocked and a new PIN (or PIN2) code is set.

Settings of "Change PIN code", "Change PIN2 code" and "Enter PIN code" are saved in UIM (FOMA card).
When inserting currently used UIM (FOMA card) to FOMA terminal newly purchased, the current settings can
be used.
