General Requirements

•

The table should be dedicated for the scanner only. Do not place
the monitor, keyboard, computer, or other peripheral devices on the
table.

•

Make sure the table does not have any drawers which can be
opened or closed during the scanner operation.

SCSI Cable

If you use the SCSI cable supplied with the scanner, then the scanner
should be placed within two meters of the computer, if you use the
SCSI cable supplied with the scanner. You can place the scanner up to
six meters from the computer if you use longer cables.
