Secondary Mode: Reticulocytes

IMPORTANT

Perform the reticulocyte dilution method according to the instructions in the package insert and
below. Modifications to the procedure, or failure to follow these instructions, may lead to misleading
or erroneous results.

Prepare the sample using the COULTER ReticPrep reagent kit.
