DAILY QUALITY CONTROL
15. Incubate for a minimum of 5 minutes at
room temperature of 16 - 30°C (61 - 86°F).
Up to 60 minutes is OK.
16. Gently mix "A" tube. Aspirate 2 µL of the
sample/stain mixture from "A" tube.

IMPORTANT
To prevent drying of this small amount of
sample, when you finish step 17, go immediately
to step 18. Read step 18 and the IMPORTANT
that goes with it now.
17. Dispense 2 µL of the sample/stain mixture
directly into the bottom of the "B" tube. Do
not let it run down side of tube.

IMPORTANT
To keep bubbles or foam from forming, let
Reagent B run down the side of the tube.
Dispense Reagent B quickly enough to mix the
reagent and blood mixture. DO NOT MIX
FURTHER.
18. Place tube "B" at a 30° angle under the tip of
the Reagent B dispenser. Dispense 2 mL of
Reagent B in the "B" tube. Do not mix.
