Factory Defaults

This represents a firmware upgrade in TFTP server mode.

After finishing transmitting the firmware, the system copies the firmware file and replace the firmware in the flash. The CLI

show

until the process is finished.

Factory Defaults

You can reset all the configurations of the switch to default settings.
Click

Reset

, if you want the ES7528 to reset

all configurations to factory default settings.

The system displays a popup message

window after finishing this command. The

default settings work after rebooting the

RocketLinx ES7528.

Click

Yes

in the popup alert screen to reset

the configuration to the factory defaults.

The following popup message screen shows you that the RocketLinx ES7528 has been reset to factory defaults. Click

close the screen and then go to the

Reboot

page to reboot the switch.

Click

OK.

The system automatically reboots the ES7528.

Note: If you have already configured the IP of your ES7528 to another IP address, when you use this command with the CLI

and web interface, the software does not reset the IP address to the default IP address. The RocketLinx ES7528 IP
address does not change so that you can still connect the switch through the network.
