Although the reconfiguration occurs automatically, you must run the utility.
However, if an ISA board was added with a .CFG file, when the ISA board is
removed, you must manually delete the board from the configuration.
To delete a board manually, complete the following steps:
1. Run the System Configuration Utility from diskette or the
system partition.
2. Select the System Configuration/Configure Hardware menu.
3. When the Steps in Configuring Your Computer menu is displayed,
select Add or Remove Boards, and press the Enter key. A list of the
expansion slots and the installed boards is displayed.
4. Select the name of the board to be deleted and press the Delete key.
5. Press the F10 key to return to the Steps in Configuring Your
Computer screen.
6. When you are ready to exit the utility, select Save and Exit, then press
the Enter key. This saves the configuration and reboots the computer.
7. Turn off the server.
8. Remove the Side Access Panel and physically remove the board from
the computer.
