A normal fridge can't provide the right temperature and results in a poorer quality product. With LIFE it is
possible to perform a "popping-out" cycle to stabilize the chocolate and promote optimum development of
the flavours.
Examples:
Chocolates: it is possible to select white, milk, or dark chocolate. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and pour
in the desired moulds. Start the crystallization cycle. The chocolates will be ready in ten minutes.

YOGURT
Yogurt is a light, nutritious food that improves our wellbeing and can even be eaten by mildly lactose-
intolerant people. LIFE recreates the ideal environment for the cultures to turn milk into yogurt. You can
choose the best milk, prepare small or large quantities and add your favourite fresh fruit: you will always have
at hand a healthy and nutritious snack.
You will finally be able to remove from your larder industrial products containing sugar, preservative and
added flavours.
Examples:
Yogurt: to prepare yogurt, you need whole milk (fresh or long-life) and natural white yogurt, or a pack of
starter cultures. When compared with long-life milk, fresh milk gives a thicker product. Non-pasteurised milk
must first be boiled.
The fat and culture content of the starting yogurt affects the consistency of the yogurt produced. Not all
yogurt can be used as starter.
YOGURT PRODUCTION METHOD
Mix the milk and the yogurt at a ratio of 10 to 1. This means that the quantity of yogurt must be 10% of the
quantity of milk. Pour in a glass container or individual jars and cover with their caps or cling film. Place in the
appliance and start the Yogurt cycle. The cycle will last on average 10 hours.
During the cycle the jars must not be moved or shaken.
On completion of the cycle, the appliance automatically cools the yogurt down.
Place the yogurt in the refrigerator for up to 8 days.
The yogurt may be flavoured with coffee, chocolate chips, fresh fruit, honey, jam or cereals.

BOTTLE CHILL
The bottle chill function gives the possibility of selecting the type of wine and cool it in a few minutes at the
ideal temperature for use. It is also possible to cool water, beer and other drinks.
5.9
PRE-COOLING
Whenever starting a blast chilling/deep-freezing cycle, it is important to pre-cool the internal compartment. In
this way, the blast chilling/deep-freezing cycle will be more effective and faster. Energy consumption will also
be reduced.
