Installation

Sea Tel Tracker 6000

Lift reflector hub to vertical and
hold.

Apply Loctite to threads of the feed

mounting bolts.

Insert feed into hub (assure that
someone is on the front side of the

hub to gently hold the end of the

feed).

Orient the feed, installing shims (if
needed), mounting bolts and

washers.

Tighten mounting bolts to torque

spec.

8. Set the hub/feed assembly (feed

up) on 2 or 3 supports to hold it

above the ground and protect the

waveguide protruding from the

bottom of the hub.

At Sea Tel, we used the empty BUC crates

(see below).

9. Reflector hub and petals are

numbered 1-8. Install petals so

both petal & hub numbers match

up.
