Table 3-13 shows Octet 4 binary facility coding values for specified features when Bit 6 is set to 0.
Table 3-14 shows binary facility coding values for specified services when Bit 6 is set to 1.

Octet 5 Octet 5 is used to hold information representing
coding values for parameterized facilities.
The octet contains eight bits numbered from 1 to
8 and from right to left, so that Bit 1 is rightmost
and Bit 8 is leftmost.
The bits contain values representing the following
functions:
•
Bits 1-7 represents the parameterized field
coding value.
•
Bit 8 is for future use.
