4.5 Connections
Carry out the connections described with the machine switched off and the power cord
unplugged.
4.5.1 Preparing the machine
Overflow connection
Use a tube to connect the overflow drainage connector
(

) of the tank, and that of the condensate from the inlet/
outlet tube connection panel (

), to a large container or
a drainage point.
Check the overflow connector is not obstructed.
Check the level of the water in the tank, ensuring it is
correct and visible from the tube (

).
The water must cover the coils in the tank.
Filling the water tank

Remove the upper cover (

) by loosening the fixing
screws.

Fill the tank with clean water until the level is about 2
cm (1 in) below the hole (

) of the overflow connector.
Make sure no foreign bodies are left in the tank.
