Troubleshooting

TruVu™ MPC Processor

Installation and Start-up Guide

To replace the fuse:

Turn off the TV-MPCXP's power switch.

Remove the red power connector.

On both ends of the TV-MPCXP, insert a small flathead screwdriver as shown below, and then gently pry up
the cover until it is released from the base.

Remove the cover from the base.

Use a fuse puller to remove the blown fuse.

Use the fuse puller to snap the new fuse into the fuse holder.

Replace the TV-MPCXP's cover.

Replace the power connector.

Turn on the TV-MPCXP's power switch.

Verify the

LEDs on the TV-MPCXP and any downstream expanders are lit.

To take the TV-MPCXP out of service

If needed for troubleshooting or start-up, you can prevent the i-Vu® application from communicating with the TV-

MPCXP by shutting down communication from the TV-MPCXP to the i-Vu® application. When

no longer communicates properties, colors, trends, etc.

On the i-Vu® navigation

tree, select the TV-MPCXP.
