0001 [Cause] An HDD detection error has occurred. The HDD cannot be 

detected. The HDD does not become ready. The HDD returns an 
error.

0002 [Cause] There is no startup file. The program for the main CPU does 

not exist on the HDD or in BOOTDEV/BOOT, and so on.

by reextracting (reloading) web browser's file when failed to extract 
(load) web browser's file in /APL_GEN/NetFront. 

Reinstall WEB browser contents using download tool.
(If failed to recover, replace HDD because HDD could have been 
damaged)

2000 Error in authentication between the host machine and encryption 

board

- Check connection of encryption board (turn OFF and then ON the 
power)
- Use SST to execute key clear of the encryption board (HDD needs 
to be formatted because HDD is not formatted. System firmware 
needs to be reinstalled)

2001 Mismatch in the operation of encryption board

- Use SST to execute key clear of the encryption board (HDD needs 
to be formatted because HDD is not formatted. System firmware 
needs to be reinstalled)

2002 Fault in the encryption board, etc.

- Check connection of the encryption board (turn OFF and then ON 
the power)
-Use SST to execute key clear of the encryption board (HDD needs 
to be formatted because HDD is not formatted. System firmware 
needs to be reinstalled)
-After replacing the encryption board, format HDD and reinstall 
SYSTEM using SST.
-Replace the main controller PCB.
