discussed.

- Some LEDs carry current and emit light when they are off; this is a normal condition, and must be kept in mind.
- Take note of the following:

Points to Note When Checking the Output of a PCB

Normally, an AC voltage is applied to the terminal of the leakage breaker [1].
Take care not to touch it when making a check.
