Facsimile

This model accepts three types of

BC-21 and BC-22.

5.1 Structure

EC-20

Black BJ cartridge structure

The black

cartridge contains a 360 dpi 126 nozzle bubble jet print head unit, on-

demand thermal ink jet type, containing 44 ml of ink. The black ink contained in

ink

sponge is filtered with a meshed ink

dust, and sucked into bubble jet print

head unit through a joint pipe.

b) BC-21 Color BJ cartrldge structure

The color BJ cartridge has a printing head equipped with 360 dpi 136 nozzles through
which the four ink colors are ejected

nozzles each for yellow, magenta, and cyan; 64

nozzles for black). The ink cartridge (one for black and one for the other three colors)
removable and replaceable.

WI-20 black ink tank contains 9 ml of black ink. The

BCI-21 color ink tank contains 5 ml each of yellow, cyan, and magenta ink.

c) BC-22

Photo Color BJ cartridge structure

The photo color

cartridge has a printing

equipped with 360 dpi 136 nozzles

through which the four ink colors

(24 nozzles each for yellow, magenta, and

cyan; 64 nozzles for black). The

cartridge contains 9 ml of black ink 5 ml

yellow, cyan and magenta ink.
