Instructions for cleaning
Frequency
Care and cleaning of the surface
Door skin
Never use aggressive organic solvents and no
high-pressure cleaners for cleaning!
Wash dirty door skins with water (max.
temperature of 60°C) and customarily
available water-based glass cleaners
(mild plastic cleaners).
When dirty
Aluminium profiles
Do not use any abrasive cleaners!
Wash aluminium profiles with water and
customarily available aluminium cleaners.
Painted aluminium parts: Note the special care
instructions.
When dirty
Painted and coated
profiles
Do not use any abrasive cleaners!
Only use a soft sponge or a very soft brush.
Wash the painted surface with water and
customarily available mild paint cleaners.
When dirty
Note!
After putting it into operation for the first time
and
after each regular test
by a qualified individual,
the lever is sealed again.
Note!
For doors that are installed in exit and escape routes:
there is also an automatic testing of the opening function performed.
it is tested whether the defined minimum opening width, that must be reached when the door
opens independently, is reached.
Note!
For doors that are installed in exit and escape routes, the door skins are only partially accessible for
cleaning. In these cases, contact our customer service address.
