7.5.1 Opening with the aid of the lever lock

Extraordinary situation, e.g. power outage

In an
emergency situation:
Pull the lever

in order to open the door.
2.
If the door does
not
open and there are
two
people: one person pulls the lever and the second
person pushes the door manually.

If the door does
not
open and there is
one
person, the door can be opened
with one person
as follows:

Pull the lever

Separate the lock

from the lever

6.
Slide the lock into the groove (see below) and make sure that the lock is inserted into the
centre
.
7.
Insert the lock into the guide rail.

Push the lock into until it stops.
9.
As soon as the stop is reached, let the lever go.
10.
Push the door leaf open by hand.
11.
When the
emergency situation is over
: Pull the lever.
12.
Remove the lock from the guide.
13.
Normal operation is possible again. Return the lever to its starting position and activate the signal
device. The control unit is active again and the door is ready for operation.
