Returned if the received message did not
match the specified transceiver ID (and
wasn’t a Sent-To-All), and the message has
been rejected.

Returned if received acoustic message’s
checksum was invalid, and the message has
been rejected.

CST_XCVR_LENGTH_ERROR Returned

if an error occurred with message

framing, meaning the end of the message has
