3.8 Switching the terminal on and off

3.8.1 Powering

✔

Before powering the line, make sure that the connecting conditions

specified in the "connections" section have been prepared and that
compressed air is connected and supplied as specified.

✔

Make sure that the conveying system has been relieved and that

nothing touching the weighing belt.

✔

Make sure that the labels have been correctly loaded into the

machine and that the printing head is lowered.

✔

Make sure that any feeding devices prior to the line are at a standstill.

✔

Check that the emergency switch has not been pressed.Make sure

that the on/off switch is in position I.

✔

Turn on the disconnector on the supply side of the line.

✔

Turn the main switch in the lower part of the line to position 1 and wait

for the machine ready indication to appear on the display.
