1.10 How to obtain technical assistance

In the event of any operating faults requiring the intervention of
specialised technicians, contact your nearest service centre or the
manufacturer.
To have your problem resolved as quickly as possible, you are advised
to state the data plate data (

serial number

) on the weighing instrument,

a complete and detailed description of the defect and any operations you
may have carried out in order to overcome it.
Also provide information about the system in which the terminal is
installed.

WARNING

The  manufacturer  shall  not  be  answerable  for  faulty
operation  or  damage  to  the  machine  if  modifications  have
been  made  without  the  explicit  written  permission  of  the
manufacturer itself.

1.10.1 Identification data

An exact description of the model, serial number and the year of
manufacture will make it easier for our After-Sales Service staff to
provide rapid and efficient answers to any queries.
Always state this information whenever you contact our Technical
Assistance staff.
As a memo, we advise you to write down the identification data of your
