1.9 Mechanical specifications 

Structure made of ANTOCORODAL 100 ALUMINIUM, STAINLESS 
STEEL X 5 CrNi 1810 UNI EN 10088-1 and plastic materials. Weighing 
system with load cell of the OFF-CENTER type, IP65 protection degree. 
Bearing stands whose height can be regulated from 800 mm to 1120mm 
(product conveyor surface). 
Product conveyor with 3 or 4 conveyor belts (optional), optionally 
equipped with "V" belts that can be tilted in the advancement direction. 

 

1.9.1 Compressed air connections 

Line installation requires the following connections (filtered and 
dehumidified compressed air):

flow rate 40 liters/min. with pivoting applicator

flow rate 60 liters/min. with air-jet applicator

1.9.2 Conveying speed 

Varies from 0 to 65 m/min for models with short belts (MX130) and from 
0 to 100 m/min for models with long belts (MX130HS/ES/TB) depending 
on the data entered in the PLU. The production rate of the weighing line 
can reach a maximum 90 pieces/min for versions MX130 and 140 
pieces/min for versions MX130HS/ES/TB in optimal conditions. This rate 
decreases depending on the weight and dimensions of the items 
conveyed. 

 

1.9.3 Conveying system 

Depending on the version and capacity, the mod. MERCURY PLUS 
lines can be equipped with various conveying systems with capacities 
varying to to 12 kg.
