2.3.2 Definitions

✔

Status of the machine: meaning the operating mode necessary for

carrying out the required operation (machine off, on, in the manual
mode, in the automatic mode).

✔

Number of operators: meaning the number of workers required to

carry out the operation.

ATTENTION

Use  of  fewer  or  more  operators  could  prevent  the  required
result  from  being  obtained  or  endanger  the  actual  operators
themselves.  The  Manufacturer  shall  not,  therefore,  be  liable
for  dangerous  situations  caused  by  failure  to  comply  with
these regulations.

✔

Qualification level of the operator: required for successful use.

Besides the matters specified above, information concerning residue
hazards that cannot be overcome will be given where applicable, as well
as indications about the precautions the operator must take when this
particular work is carried out.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for damages to persons or property
caused by failure to comply with these suggestions and precautions.

2.4 Regulations

The operating conditions for the electronic terminal are subject to the
regulations in force in the country in which the terminal is used. All use
of the line in conditions which do not comply with these regulations is
prohibited.
