7.10 How to clean the paper tractor roller

Proceed in the following way, using alcohol-based detergents only:

1.  Turn off the machine.
2.  Remove the labels.
3.  Lift the printing unit by means of the relative lever.
4.  Moisten a soft cotton cloth with denatured alcohol.
5.  Wipe the rubber roller by turning it by hand.
6.  Make sure that the cleaned parts have dried before powering and

using the machine again.

WARNING

Never ever use metal or pointed tools for cleaning purposes
as they can cause irreparable damage to the rubber coated
roller.
