The 'Proximity Sensor' page can monitor which sensor
is 'Made' or 'Not Made'
(

)
. This can help
diagnose if a problem has occurred or a 'Auto'
function is not working correctly.
Refer to

Pressure Sensors
The Transtacker 4100 has 12 'Pressure Sensors'. These
sensors have been assigned an address which tells the
Transtacker which sensor is sensing pressure on what
hydraulic line. The address of the sensor should be
written on the side of the sensor on assembly. These
sensors should NEVER be touched without authorization.
The Transtacker uses 'Trigger Pressures' to move onto
the next stage of the 'Auto' functions (
Fig.
1
3
5
). If the
Transtacker is 'Stuck' in an 'Auto' function, you can use
'Actual Pressure' to see if the Transtacker
is
managing to
achieve the 'Trigger Pressure' to move onto the next
stage. If this is the case, make sure the Transtacker is
safe and switched off, and then check hydraulic system.
Or contact Big Bale Co South Ltd.
The Transtacker has a pressure gauge mounted on the
service post which is located at the front of the Drawbar.
When the PTO is running on idle, this pressure gauge
should have a reading of 20BAR.
E
ach function will have
a different top end pressure when functioning. With this
gauge you can help diagnose the hydraulic system if a
problem occurs. For an example: If one of the Auto
functions is not completing and is stuck on one of the
cycles, the Transtacker may still be pumping hydraulic
fluid around at 210BAR which will show on the pressure
gauge but can't achieve its appropriate sensor. Refer to
Section Troubleshooting 8.0
if this occurs.

The Transtacker 4100 uses 3 Non - Contact Rotary
Sensors (
Fig. 13

). These Sensors are used on the:
Angle of the 'Pickup Lift' from 0 to 180
o
Angle of 'Turntable Lift' from 0 to 90
o
Angle of 'Turntable Rotate' from 0 to 90
o
To re-calibrate these sensors,

Timeout Log
The Transtacker 4100 uses
this log page to help
diagnose any problems with the Transtacker. For
more details how timeouts occur,
see Section 8.5
.
For more details about a certain timeout, use the
middle column which should be a 3 digit error code
(
Fig 137
). Using this code see
Fig.15 on page 73
to
help diagnose more details about this timeout.
