Proximity Sensors
There are 15 proximity sensors located around the machine. Below is a table of their description, location and the function it acts
upon.
Refer to Section 1
2
Sensor location for further location of sensors.
Adjust the proximity sensors by undoing the X2 24mm Nuts
.
Note
: Do NOT over tighten Nuts as this could cause
permanent damage to the sensor.
The maximum sensing dist
ance is approximately 8mm
radius around the end of the switch.
Adjust the sensor or the trigger bolt / trigger paddle to
maintain a distance of 2 - 6 mm between the target and
sensor (
Fig. 10
2
)(max range 8mm. LED indicates sensor is
activated and giving out a signal).
CAUTION
:
It is important that the
trigger
target does
NOT
contact the sensor or damage and/or malfunction will occur
.
Note:
If the LED on the rear of the sensor is Flashing, then
the sensor is too far away from the target
so re-adjust.
Note
: Big Bale Co South Ltd does NOT take responsibility
