Specifications and Preinstallation Requirements

Maximum speeds are based on a solution density of 1.2 g/mL with the following exceptions: the JA-18.1 rotor is rated for a density of 1.4 g/mL; the
JCF-Z rotor is rated for a density of 1.45 g/mL; and the JE-6B rotor is rated for a density of 3 g/mL.

Maximum speed for the JA-30.50 Ti rotor is 25 000 rpm in the Avanti J-25I centrifuge, and 30 000 rpm in the Avanti J-30I centrifuge.

Maximum speed for the JS-24.38 and JS-24.15 rotors is 10 000 rpm in the Avanti J-25I centrifuge, and 24 000 rpm in the Avanti J-30I centrifuge.
