3.5.9 Test
Routines
There are two types of tests that are selectable. If an automatic test is required to run
through each of the tests automatically then the “
TEST ALL”
menu can be selected or if
individual tests are required then the up down buttons can be used to scroll through each
test.
3.5.10 TEST ALL Routine.
To run all of the tests sequentially, Select ENTER once to select the test menu and the
display will now show
“TEST ROUTINES”
this is then followed by a
“TEST ALL” message
on the display.
Now select the ENTER button again to test all of the tests automatically. In the event of a
test failure the test jig will alarm and display the appropriate message to describe the failure
event.
3.5.11 Individual Test
To select individual tests scroll through the menu to run each individual tests on the MPU6.
The
“OPTIONS”
menu allows loop back mode is turned on a test is repeated until it fails or
EXIT is selected.
Power on the test jig and press the enter button twice and now all of the tests automatically
be executed. In the event of failure the test jig will alarm and display the appropriate
message to describe the failure event.
Test Description
Each of the individual tests is described in the list below.
3.5.12 TEST 5V I/O
Each of the 16 5V I/O channels from the 64-way are tested. When this test is selected then
“5V I/O PASS” or 5V I/O FAIL”is displayed for a pass or fail.
3.5.13 TEST 12V OUTPUTS
Each of the seven 12V outputs is tested. When this test is selected then “12V I/O PASSED”
or “12V I/O FAIL” is displayed for a pass or fail.
