Strapping Troubleshooting

If a bundle has a miss tie, the first step is to look at both ends of the

failed strapping and refer to the possible options below.

Problem #2

-Seal not centered on strapping.

Possible Cause

-Obstruction in groove.

Correction

-Take two 10-24 X 1/2 counter sunk

bolts out of insert.

-Then slide insert out of the groove.

-Metal can now be taken out.
