Begin with the program at home position:
“SPECTRUM 100, IDLE”. Press the three-
key simultaneous entry for management rou-
tines (“NEW”+”ENTER”+”STATUS”)

The next prompt will ask you to choose
the required management activity:
“SCROLL” to highlight “SET-UP”, then press
“ENTER”.

The next prompt will ask you to select
a type of set-up activity: “SCROLL” to
highlight “SC IDENTIFICATION”, then press
“ENTER”.

Next, identify the starting fl uid controller
number by text-editing the number on
line 2. This should be “00” for a new system
and “00” must be the SC used for the air
solenoids. Then press “ENTER” to continue.

Next, identify the fi nal fl uid controller
number in the system by text-editing the
number on line 2. Then press “ENTER” to
continue.

Next, if you want a priority quick lube
station, edit number to show the station.
Use “00” if you do not want this option. Then
press “ENTER” to continue.

Next, a series of screens will prompt you
to identify the valve ports which are to be
not used
at each station.
Begin with Sta-
tion 00
:
if
you have two system fl uids
and
you selected future expansion in procedure
SP2, then “turn off” port 3 by pressing the “3”
key;
if
you have one system fl uid
and
you
selected future expansion in procedure SP2,
then “turn off” port 2 and port 3. If you did
not select future expansion, then
make no
changes
to ports at Station 00. Right-scroll
one time to see the next station. For stations
01 and higher, use number keys to toggle the
numbers “1234”
off
wherever specifi c dis-
pense ports will
not
be used. Proceed sim-
ilarly until inactive ports at all stations are
correctly “turned off”.
