This object is provided to allow the user to compare against a fixed value, i.e. for setpoint control in a PID
loop, or in a conditional evaluation for a logic block. The first two values in this object are fixed at FALSE (0)
and TRUE (1). There are ten other sub-indexes provide for other unconstrained data.
