ENSURE  NOBODY  (OPERATOR  OR
ELSE)  IS  UNDER  THE  OUTRIGGERS
WHEN LOWERING THEM.
ENSURE  ALSO  THAT  NOTHING  IS  IN
THE  WAY  OF  THE  OUTRIGGERS  LIKE
FOR  EXAMPLE  THE  ELECTRIC  CABLE
OF THE ELECTRIC MOTOR.
